Cherry Cupcakes

HEY GOOD EVENING EVERYONE !!!!!!!
Here I am sharing another recipe of  light desert i.e CHERRY CUPCAKES..






INGREDIENTS:


All Purpose Flour:                                                1 ½ Cups
Powdered  Sugar                                                 1 Cup
Vegetable Oil                                                        ½ Cup
Vanilla Extract :                                                 3-4 Drops
Baking Powder                                                  1 Teaspoon
Baking Soda                                                        ½ Teaspoon
Chopped Cherries                                              1/4 Cup
Butter                                                                     50 grams
Condensed Milk                                                 2 Tablespoons


PROCESS:

1.       Preheat oven to 180 Degree Celsius.
2.       Sift: Flour, Sugar, Baking Powder, Baking Soda, and keep aside.
3. Melt Butter in double Bowler and add powered sugar, vanilla extract, condensed milk and oil in it, gently beat them all.
4.      Add all the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients and chopped cherriesslowly part by part but don't over mix; just fold.
5.        Pour the batter in the greased muffin moulds. Sprinkle remaining chopped cherries over it.
6.      Bake it for 15-20 Minutes. Check with toothpick by inserting it in the center of muffin, if it comes out clean its done. 

You may enjoy it with tea or coffee anytime................:):)

My First Recipe : Kuch Meetha ho jaaye!!

Hi Everyone!!!

This is my first post and as we all know before starting something new one should take some sweet for the good start so lets grab a bite of cupcake......


Let's get started...... Red Velvet Cupcakes..:)




INGREDIENTS:


All Purpose Flour:                                                1 ½ Cups
Powdered  Sugar                                                 1 Cup
Buttermilk                                                             ¾ Cup
Vegetable Oil                                                        ½ Cup
Cocoa Powder (Unsweetened)                      ¼ Cup
Vanilla Extract :                                                 3-4 Drops
Baking Powder                                                  1 Teaspoon
Baking Soda                                                        ½ Teaspoon
Salt                                                                         ½ Teaspoon
 Egg                                                                        1
Red Food Color                                                    1 Teaspoon


PROCESS:
1.       Preheat oven to 200 Degree Celsius.
2.       Sift: Flour, Sugar, Cocoa Powder, Baking Powder, Baking Soda, Salt and keep aside.
3.       Beat egg in a bowl then add buttermilk, oil, vanilla extract, red food color.
4.        Add all the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients slowly part by part but don't over mix; just fold.
5.        Pour the batter in the greased muffin moulds.
6.      Bake it for 15-20 Minutes. Check with toothpick by inserting it in the center of muffin, if it comes out clean its done. 

Once the cupcakes cool down, decorate them the way you want by cream frosting, castor sugar or chocolate ganache. You can also cover it by cream cheese frosting and some cake sprinkles. Go crazy with the decoration and enjoy the decadent muffins that will melt in your mouth.
